Davis 6163 Review: Unit was defective out of the box. It took 2 phone calls to customer support and an email before they agreed to replace it. Took them 3 days more to actually ship the replacement, and two more weeks to actually get here.They (reasonably) require that I ship back the defective unit, but they refuse to pay shipping for it. that means I bought this product, had to fight with Davis to get them to admit it was defective, then had to pay to get it replaced.It doesn't matter if the ...
