Asus EAH5970/G/2DIS/2GD5 Review: Privileged to pair this Asus model 5970 with an XFX Black Edition that I upgraded with an Arctic Cool's Accelero 5970 HSF. Had serious issues keeping my XFX 5970 below mid-60s with the stock cooler, & subsequent to upgrade GPU temps idle @ 39 Celsius. (VRMs low to mid 40s) Here's the kicker, though: was convinced pairing these freak cards in CrossfireX that, because of close proximity, the Accelero 5970 would lost most of it's benefit & the Asus card would be lucky to dip below 70 ...
