Pettags 00002 Review: We purchased this bark collar for our little Rat Terrior who would continually go wild barking at the passing neighbors everytime they passed. We have looked at shock collars but didnt like the idea of hurting the dog, especially since ours is very small. Most reviews on the no shock collars were not very positive or successful.
